The CZ 75 grip frame has a few unique characteristics worth knowing:

  • Two grip screws per side: Unlike the 1911's single-screw design, the CZ 75 uses two screws per panel — one near the top and one near the bottom of the grip frame.

  4. Align the new wooden panels over the grip frame, ensuring both screw holes line up with the bushings.
  5. Hand-tighten the screws, then snug firmly — do not overtighten on wood panels.
  6. Check for any wobble or gap. A properly fitted grip should sit flush with no movement.
