At TK Grips, we strive to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process and return policies.

Shipping Information

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 5-10 Business Days (Standard Shipping)
• International: 7-14 Business Days

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $99.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to activate.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, TK Grips is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your grips. If you are not completely satisfied, we have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom-made products (personalized engravings, special wood selection, etc.) cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Shipping Cost
Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
